Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the studio to ensure we can accommodate your schedule.

 

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. However, in order to maintain optimum business and customer service standards, please follow the policies below. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 Hour Advance Notice  

Please provide at least 24 hours of advanced notice when cancelling an appointment. This allows other clients the opportunity to schedule an appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.”

 

Customers who cancel under the 24 hour window or "no-show" may be asked to prepay for future services.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened or need to be rescheduled in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to us and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
